Recently released from Council, work has started on this new home. THis design has been modified from the "Daylesford" plan to suit the site. Featuring 4 bedrooms and study, with large verandah at the back on the north eastern side for out side living.
Earthworks have started on this new home to be built in the popular Riverbend Estate. The plan is based on the "Vaucluse" from the new range of Riverbuilt designs.
Unusual solar passive design in Black Mountain for clients from Zimbabwe. Built to take advantage of the view as well as maximise warmth in Winter. Hebel Power Panel clad with double glazed windows & doors throughout.
We are currently constructing the new 62squareHomesteadat "Burindi Station" for Paraway Pastoral Company. We have worked with the clients from the design stage on this exciting project. Outstanding features are the polished concrete floors with 10ft ceilings.We are also incorporating materials such as cedar French doors & the cedar mantle piece from the old homestead in the new home.
Pressed metal panels have been incorporated into walls as a feature.
This home is being built to the customers own design and maximises the benefits of sun in winter. The large windows on the north and east brings the outside in with faboulous veiws over the rural property.
The Main bedroom lies at a angle from the house allowing windows on three sides to maximise the rural outlook.
